Caroline Pankhurst

Caroline Pankhurst is the Founder of Be Braver, a business coaching consultant and researcher in the psychology and philosophy of courage.

A former board director in the commercial sector working on global brands across multiple sectors, she now straddles academia, entrepreneurship, unlearning & development as well as campaigning on equal rights for women.

She launched Be Braver after developing an applied psychology mindset designed to equip individuals with a learnable programme. Practical, measurable and results orientated skills, learning & mindset to achieve personal, career business growth ambitions.

Her programme & practice transforms the careers, ambitions & futures for those who want to get to the stages, places and spaces they deserve to be in.

In late 2020 she launched the Be Braver Collective in response to the COVID pandemic creating an online community of ambitious, supportive & collaborative women who work together from a range of professions, backgrounds & industries.
